Getting the Evidence You Will Need

The entire United States are now no-fault divorce states. This means that all you have to state as grounds for divorce is incompatibility. So why do you need documentation that your spouse is cheating on you?

One of the reasons you may want to have proof that your husband is cheating is for child custody. Do you want your children to be exposed to that kind of life? If you don't then you will have to have absolute proof that your husband is cheating. Also, what kind of money is involved in his or her infidelity? Is he/she buying lavish dinners for his girlfriend when your kids don't have school supplies? Is she buying expensive lingerie to impress her boyfriend and then getting her girlfriend to babysit while she screws around? If anything like this is going down, you need to have absolute proof in hand. How does a person get that proof?

If you believe that your girlfriend is cheating, chances are that you are right 85% of the time according to statistics. Sad, huh? I'm sorry to tell you that if your gut is telling you that something funny is going on, you are probably right.

Ladies, if your man is out of the house past midnight more than 3 times a month, he is probably going out on you. Guys, if your woman doesn't want to talk and is visiting her mother after 10 pm, she is probably going out on you.

Do you know how I found out that my husband was cheating on me? I came down with a sexually transmitted disease. Our daughter was only three months old. With a three-month-old baby, I definitely did not have time, much less the energy, to cheat on anything with anyone. Pretty ugly, huh?

So here's the deal: You think he (or she) is cheating on you and you are pretty sure you are headed for divorce. You don't want your kids to be dragged through the dirt of your spouse and their lovers. Yech. You are going to court. How do you document what's been going on behind your back?

One of the cost effective ways is to track his/her cell phone usage. There are some excellent software that can not only do that, but he/she will never suspect that you are tracking their every move. Even if pictures are taken and then they erase them or texts are erased, before the erasure occurs the information is sent to you. Pretty interesting, isn't it? Then you just download the information, print it out and you have yourself a pretty nice case against them having anything but supervised visits with the kids. Ever. Sweet.

It's natural that you are devastated. Who wouldn't be? But think of how important this information can truly be. You and I need to be practical and we need to be prepared. It's a tough place to be. I know. I have been there and it wasn't pretty. I wish I had had the opportunity to have had cold, hard facts. It would have made an enormous difference to me and my daughter.
